De que tamaño son las 10 fotos?
For me the most fundamental element in assesing the importance of art or of an art
photography picture is not the size of any piece produced but the emotional
elements that come together in a magical fusion of personal technique, individual
style and empathy with the model or subject. That said, as an ex-lawyer, all my
contracts set out size guidelines to inform clients who seek, as is
understandable, confirmation in this regard.

You will understand that my concepts of art, portraiture, photojournalism and
photography are based not on high volume mass produced production but on the
long term importance of each picture, both for clients and within the context
of photography in general. This said, you will note that the estimate
does provide for situations that can arise where justifiably different and
sufficiently high quality photos are produced over and above any set number,
where these can be offered to clients. In the case of additional digital photos
the clause is set out above.

I have no idea how many photos I take to produce 10 finished pictures, nor is
it of any importance at all. There may be photographers who can shoot 10 photos
to get 10 photos and may be photographers who shoot thousands to get 10 photos.
The personal methods employed in the creation of fine art photography are not
the essential element, but instead the quality and/or importance of the
finished final selected photos that matter. If I have a contract to produce 10
pictures my only concern is to produce the best 10 pictures possible that will
emotionally affect myself, clients and other viewers of those pictures for
generations.

50% transparent for the clients to select the photos they want indicating the image files required
in an Excel document in order indicating the image file numbers and any
additional photos over and above the quantity specified in the estimate will be
available in high resolution JPEG 8-16mb approx. in hard drive at a price of xx
Euros per digital photo (for 3 months after the date of the photography session
after which period the price may vary). Once the final selection has been made
and all payments made the web gallery will be redone with the selected photos
only marked with a small watermark in a corner. Note that this watermark will
only be one digital photos selected in internet the client will receive high
resolution files of digital photos by ftp and/or in the client’s hard drive
without watermark thus allowing printing etc"
